Floral and citrus aroma comes from the use of Northern Brewer, Centennial and El Dorado Hops. Malt bill of 2-row, Munich, and crystal40 to balance out the bitterness. We dry hopped with the same hops at the end of fermentation to accentuate the floral, citrus and earthy aromas.
