Traction Control is an American style cream ale.
Very clean, crisp, and refreshing, this is a great beer for the newbie to the craft beer scene. 2-row malted barley and flaked corn make up the grain bill, and German Hallertau are the hops.

A Northwest style Pale Ale. A traditional Northwest Pale Ale that is well balanced and great year-round. A great working man's beer. Floral and citrus aroma comes from the use of Northern Brewer, Centennial and El Dorado Hops. Malt bill of 2-row, Munich, and crystal40 to balance out the bitterness. We dry hopped with the same hops at the end of fermentation to accentuate the floral, citrus and earthy aromas.

A Northwest style Brown Ale made with Rye malt, along with 2-row, chocolate, and crystal60 malts create a very nice malt forward beer. This is a great beer for the person that says they don't like dark beers. This one is very approachable. Fuggles and Perle hops are used sparingly so that the malt can take center stage.

Hard Apple Cider with Super-fruit Pomegranate juice added for a slightly tart finish
Our first beer on the new equipment. Beer turned out great, but we have a learning curve to climb

Our 4th iteration of the juice. Each batch we change up the hops. Dank is the name of the game. This Hazy IPA has stiff amounts of Mandarina Bavarian and Azzaca hops in the whirlpool and is then dry hopped with more Azzaca and Amarillo. While the aroma starts dank and sticky, let it sit and it opens up to big floral and citrus notes.

Winner of the E-Town Throwdown, a battle of the two Everett Homebrew clubs (BREW and GEBL), Brad Brown produced this great lager. We scaled it up and here is the winning beer from 20 entries in the competition. This Old World style showcases the rich malty flavors of hearty dark bread with sweet caramel notes complemented by a light herbal and spicy hop character. Na zdraví!

Don’t let the blackness of this beer turn you away. Easy drinking, slightly roasty, surprisingly light.and refreshing

While the Czech may have created the Pilsner, this is our take on a the German version, traditionally called Pils. It is a dry, crisp lager with just a hint of light graininess on the nose and a clean and spicy hop character on the finish. Well suited for both aficionado and novice, consider it the Swiss Army knife of beer styles.
